The Tread is a solid product with a traditional belt that I absolutely love. Users with bad knees and high mileage would benefit from the Plus .On top of that, I wouldn’t expect the Tread+ until 2023, at the earliest. So far I am impressed with the walks that I have done. I also have a PELOTON Bike . My favourite instructor on the bike was Jess King. So I have gone with her on the Tread as well. I try to get through 10,000 steps per day . The Tread is good for the days that I do not have organised exercise to get to 10,000 steps per day.
