When Jenny's become anxious in the past and been worried about running out of treatment options (which eventually happens to all stage 4 patients), Kyle has pacified her by saying there is always more treatments available. He knows treatments aren't curative for Jenny. The best he can hope for is that it buys Jenny a little extra time.
Yes, Jenny was laid on the sofa in pain in her last video, but nowhere in the video she looked close to dying. The scans are not going to be good, she is producing cancer related fluid which in itself is considered disease progression.
