Nothings changed for the 22 model as far as sound deadening goes. It’s a fairly noisy cabin with a fairly noisy engine. Like people have stated before you need to step up to the Venza or a Lexus to have a quieter ride. If you’re coming from a five or 10 year old vehicle it’s going to be pretty quiet to you. [deleted]

If you're not interested in the sub, you can run just a front speaker upgrade with the amp. I have a 2019 Rav4 Le Awd. Amplifiers are in the center console, and under the front passenger's seat. Kicker Key 200.4 amplifier for the dash speakers and door speakers. Kicker Key 500.1 amplifier for the subwoofer, running at 2ohms iirc.

The CX50 and RAV4 adventure/trd seem to be similar in what they can do. The RAV imo has the better awd system but I haven’t had a chance to see and feel the Mazda. I find Subaru's Eyesight system better than the TSS in some regards, but the Forester doesn't have lane centering like the RAV4. It's really a personal preference thing between these two for me.
