The definition of a hole in the wall type of place. Hien-Vuong is a small restaurant with a couple of tables that basically only serves pho and other soup noodle dishes. Their pho is very good, but the broth is a bit oily for me. Good flavor and it feels like the type of broth that has some real history and authenticity behind it.
