On my 2000 7.3 the high idle always kicks on up to about 1200RPM when its cold out. It makes a huge difference in warm up time. So my question is, why is the high idle not working on the late 99 like it does on my 2000 ...The electric a/c in sleeper won’t cool sleeper at 90+ in daytime. It should work good at night.
