I heard someone say they got nailed in a traffic stop. I would have thought the law would have excluded those type of scanners.The system is used by truck, xfinity and cup and occasionally arca. Teams are responsible to obtain and maintain their own FCC licenses but are required to use NASCAR's system trackside.
