Shareholders with settled Meta Materials Preferred Shares (OTCMKTS:MMTLP) as of December 12 were eligible for the 1-to-1 distribution. The events leading up to this distribution were and continue to be highly contentious. When is the pay day? 26th or 28th December? Distribution day is the 28th as laid out in the s1. Now whether everyone gets their nextbridge shares by that day is currently unknown. Everyone should, and if they don’t. As again laid out in the s1 we are supposed to contact our brokers to figure out why not.What really happened is, retail investors were robbed of their hard earned monies. I can confirm that Fidelity is indeed trying to charge $100 to transfer physical share certificates to AST. I called yesterday after seeing that email from Nextbridge.
