The Miller Rep replaced the interface cable on the gun and checked the old girl out. The Rep said the machine tested out very well. The Miller guys kept telling me the 200 is very smooth to weld with and while the welder was in the shop several customers inquired about buying it. Jun 28, 2019 · Millermatic 200, GA-20c gun update. Bought a MM 200 and the GA- 20C gun is beat up. The nozzle and the defuser and insulator need replacing. Profax has defuser, nozzle and tips. The insulator is harder to get. The Profax catalog list the thread sizes for these parts. 12-06-2010, 10:23 PM. I own a mm200. Even with the spoolgun it is a PIA. Really you will never be able to drive .035 alum thru the liner, even if you find a teflon liner. I tried and tried and cried. The spoolgun at least would arc without birdnesting at the drive roll, but maintaining the arc was a joke.
