The default settings of all the Sliders are based on data collected by NFL and tend to start at 50/99. While the settings option in Madden 24 lets you change multiple features, Sliders refers primarily to the Penalties, Player Skill, and CPU Skill. You can find all three options under the Main Settings option in the Main Menu selection.

I personally like the injury slider at 25. People are complaining about injuries, but I see like 1-3 a game and they are usually only out for a few mins. Injuries add a layer of much needed depth to franchise mode and aren't out of control as people say. People see their favorite player go down and then jump online to complain.
