If you are using stock bolts 65 ft pounds sounds about right. If you are installing the ARP head bolts its 75 foot pounds. I believe 63 is the listed torque for stock bolts. I would not go over. With ARP, if you are turbo, take them to 80. one time use, however. But your HG won't leak.
