The panel has a reset hole, a button for waking up the panel, and a USB A female port on the front bezel. Lippert is not willing to replace the unit for me because it's past their 1 year warranty, despite having spent hours with tech support trying to get the unit to work properly.Remove the face plate of the touch pad (Fig. 28A) from the mounting bezel (Fig. 28B). Unplug the harness from the connector on the back of the face plate. Plug the touch pad harness into the connector on the back of the replacement touch pad face plate and snap the face plate into the bezel.
