The complete installation took me and my wife about 6 hours. I will say that it is a great addition to this machine. Run a fine piece of copper wire through them to make sure they are clear. This is the most common cause of clutch slip when hot, ok when cold. 1996 Kawasaki Vulcan Classic Problems. Where to begin. THe bike idles fine. When you give it gas, it starts to backfire and loses power. While riding, it runs fine at low RPM after you shift. Half way up through the gear though, it falls on its face. I know the back cylinder is where the problem is.
