The 300 page doc is more like a transcript of the videos but there are a lot of additional info not from the videos so it's worth at least skimming along to find which info aren't on the video. I would avoid the Kaplan PS book, from my experience you are better off studying from KA (300pg doc, videos), UWorld (answer explanations are key), and AAMC official material.
