I got Jera + Blank Card once. There was a battery in a room. Blank Card had full charge. Unfortunately, in that same room, there was a Speed Down pill. I lost Jera. My solution to this problem was to eat all of the pills and pick up Jera eventually. I held R. Next time pick up the pill and put it outside first.

As far as I know, your chance of an Angel Room appearing only diminishes when a deal with the devil is paid with health. As long as you pick up the free copy, you should still have a chance of Angel Rooms appearing. If you take devil items in some way without losing hearts to it, you won't eliminate angel deal chance.

So, i had more space to donate to the machine, so i thought i would use my Jera rune to duplicate the remaining coins on the floor. Don't do that...
