QX60 has developed loud rattle when heater turned on. With hood up, seems to be coming from passenger side of engine compartment under the large plastic top cover. My wife took it in to get the oil changed and it looks like they did not seat the air filter properly (did not replace it - took it out to show her and then put it back).

Weird Noise when accelerating? I recently installed the sport exhaust and now when I accelerate I hear this noise which I provided in the links below. I've made sure all the bolts are secured and even took it to a mechanic to see if there was any leaks which there wasn't.
