The person who did the imprinting will gain 30% of the imprint bonus as bonus damage and damage reduction. So with an imprint of 50% the imprinter will get an additional 15% damage and on top of the damage shown in the inventory ...with wyverns you can actualy get over 100percent imprint.but only registers at 100 percent..never ever noticed a bonus of any sort for 100plus percent on anything raised.I would love it ..would be incentive to get a bonus in stats or a plus..random mutation...just for imprinting 100 percent or more.

Tribe imprinting just means that tribe members can imprint a baby for whoever first claimed it instead of that person alone being able to do it. Long story short: Sometimes wild baby dinos, once imprinted, gain levels like if they where tamed, but it appear to be wildly inconsistent, almost at random. CGM on, GCM off, Single player settings on, single player settings off, allow imprint on and off, food or not food in the last inventory slot, and berry/meat vs kibble.

The Person that claims/imprint first after hatch or born, is the only person that can make the later on imprints every 8 hours from baby to adult life, is the person who will get the 30% damage and 30% reduction to damage.
