We recently upgraded to a S30-S1A remote. We programmed it to control our TV and Yamaha receiver. It can control the volume (up/down/mute) and turn the receiver off, but does not turn the receiver on when the Power button is pressed (TV and STB come on.) We followed the instructions from Uverse Help and tried every code listed.

I checked at the ATT store by my house and was told to order one online at ATT.COM. I placed the order on July 7th - paying up-front for the remote and for next-day shipping. I never received it and am being told now that the basic UVERSE remote is on backorder. Anyone have any other ideas as to where I can quickly get a remote.
