I strongly encourage downloading the free SWTOR security key app. I just returned last month from a 7 year break and my account was linked to the physical security key fob from the CE but the battery was dead and I had a heck of a time getting the account sorted. But now I have it linked to the SWTOR app.

I lost my backup of my phone and so now I don't have a means of retrieving my security key. I also can't get a new one because the key itself is required for logging in purposes with everything SWTOR-related. Can't access SWTOR online or in-game now cuz of it. Can't contact Customer Support or they just aren't replying fast enough.
