The air diaphragm is often really tough to not twist (even a little will effect it) when putting the cover back on. This is important as the valve will open quicker if it is twisted. 2. I can boost with a second running atv or vehicle and will run flawlessly and idle voltage is over 14v. The valve seal was also a problem. The exhaust valve sit's in a pocket that allows oil to sit in it. That makes it easier for the oil to be sucked into the exhaust. Yes, the oil is being sucked into the exhaust when running. Went through 3 plows and 3 winches with my 05 and traded it in for my 2014 with power steering. Seller, wasn't sure but said it was a '99. Later, I spoke to a Suzuki dealer who told me it's a 2000 based on the VIN#JSAAK43A8Y2103798. I bought a Superwinch LT3000.Hook the jaws on the yoke and i put a 1/4" drive socket on the u joint cap to press on. Then tighten the bolt and press the cup out. If it dont want to press very well because the caps are rusted in. Try pressing on the opposite cap to break the rust bond so you dont stretch the ears of the yoke out. Like. Then when I hit the 4wd button the light went out which showed the hot wire was no longer getting power. Same as when sliding it into diff lock. Constant white smoke coming from exhaust. Hi gang. Hope all is well. Finally got my 92 Suzuki 250 LT-4WD running well. New electrical front to back (solenoid, CDI, rectifier, battery, etc) and have new carb kit in which was professionally installed and tuned to factory spec by authorized Suzuki dealer mechanic. They don't come in pre-cut as they are just blank keys when you get them. It will hard start from 20F- 40F when you add a little throttle while starting it.
