Looking for someone very familiar with the autowrap twine system on a new holland 660 round baler. had some problems with the pickup which jammed up the twine arms and tripped the twine ... it is a 2005 model the needles were very worn and few other problems. I got the baler back I have baled about 2000 ...The twine does not get routed along the bolt and spring. The twine goes below the metal plate, block, and then back up through the end of the twine tube. The twine should never get close to the bolt. check if there is a groove worn in the end of the twine tube. You can switch the twine tubes side to side to get a new wear surface.1. Tractor.
