I never had any temp number, just did the port at the time of activation. Based on some other threads here if you use a temporary number you probably need to contact support or u/mintmobilealex to get the temp number removed and overwritten with your ported number. -1. Tuesday, May 31st, 2022 2:20 PM. Porting phone number from AT&T to Mint Mobile. I had 5 phones with AT&T to transfer to Mint Mobile. I was able to complete 4 of the 5 relatively easily. The last number is not transferring and AT&T is saying it's Mint's issue and Mint is saying it's AT&T's issue. That the port request has not been confirmed.

Turned out that Mint Mobile's SIM card wouldn't work in ***-Mobile phone nor would T-Mobile phones work on Mint's network. In the meantime I had my phone number switched from T-Mobile to Mint.
