A problem I have with the Midi QOL Module. I have been using the Module as a replacement for Better Rolls ever since it stopped getting updated and had no problem, my group got accustomed to the automation quickly. Recently the Paladin of the group started having issues with all his attacks being made at disadvantage.

I'm on foundry 0.7.7, CUB, Midi-QOL and DND5e system are all the most current version. I'm trying to automate the effects of the blinded condition using the cub condition lab. I have installed cub-extended conditions. Under effects for the blinded condition I have the following attribute keys set: flags.midi-qol.disadvantage.attack.allYour midi-qol settings work in my environment. I'm using an adult red dragon attacking the Zanna PC from the compendium in the 5e system and it works. You should double check and update DAE, socketlib, and libWrapper. If that doesn't work, I suggest maybe backup and deleting settings.db in your world folder.
