Litter-Robot 4. I just bought the LR4 and began using it two days ago. It was working fine until I attempted a firmware updated last night. It got to 95% complete and then the update failed. The LR then went offline and couldn’t connect to the app anymore. I went to the LR and it displays a solid red light for all 5 lights.

Problem: Unit went offline. Solution: Make sure your home WIFI is on and working. Make sure your home internet is working. Make sure your device has a cellular or wireless connection to the internet. If the above does not work: Unplug the unit for at least 5 minutes. (Disconnect backup battery if one is installed.) Completely close the Whisker app.
