Old navy has been doing horrible commercials for as long as I can remember. Sadly their commercial garbage doesn’t impact their sales in a negative way. It kind of does affect their bottom line because I for one, won’t go into their stores now. I think of their stupid commercials and I don’t want anything they sell.It's up there on the level of "vocal fry". In the case of this Old Navy horror it's meant to 1.fatuously apologize for annoying you but 2.not really because you already were subjected to the commercial.
