This is not the fault of the pellets, in the case of the Quadra Fire stoves, they have the feed rod right inside the hopper in the center. This is what hangs the pellets up from sliding down properly. I have used wax paper, and have tried smooth metal tape on the seams, etc, etc, and pellets always hang on one side.
