I have the old style slide, so no rear sight, as it came off with the plate. The original Sig XRAY3 front was swapped out for an Ameriglo Orange-Tritium, in stock (same as the XRAY3) height.The sight picture of lining the top of the front sight up works, it's just not very visible and isn't a 'co-witness' per se. Tritium sights should retain "useful" illumination for about 10-12 years, at least that is what most of the manufacturers warrant them for.
