I had a wall Plaster 1cm for the walls and a composite wall plaster 1cm + grounding layer with no thickness to it and modelled them on each and every element. For the concrete beams a composite plaster+grounding ceiling modelled. This was for my endproject at my Revit course. Hell of a lot of work which could be solved otherwise (paint ?) no doubt.
