I've been self-employed my entire adult life, so I've paid for my own health insurance and I've had a lot of different policies with different companies, in multiple states. If they didn’t offer remote work they would lose over half their employees. Terrible place to work, 100% on all metrics won’t even get you a $1 raise. Their Bilingual differential is only $0.50 cents. Responsibilities increase as they lose employees because they can’t retain anyone.
