A Google search of 'JustFly Reviews and Complaints' would have revealed all the negative comments and complaints before booking and you could have avoided them. In doing a postmortem I looked at justfly's reviews page. They published glowing reviews from two companies : Feefo and Trustpilot. I investigated both of these companies. And the interesting part is that both of them have discussions about fake reviews on their websites and they accuse each other of being a perpetrators of fake reviews.
