That one worked for me when the "everything" key.txt didn't work on a recent USA wux file. That said, the fatgirl BOTW repack has all the updates and DLC and is an easier thing to work with than the wux files you find around. If you get it just make sure you update the included cemu and add cemuhook if you need it.
