It's very weird. You not having the exhausted moodle does not mean that you are not starting to get exhausted. generally the later in game you are, the less you sleep, and the more 'tired' you are the slower you recover your exhaustion. having no exhaustion moodle does not mean you're in your best shape. Crowbar! The king of durability and versatility. You can get 2 long blunt and 1 maintenance at the start if you pick Handy, Brawler, and Baseball Player which makes crowbars hit very hard and last basically forever. Also easy to find pretty much anywhere.
