Choose chaotic, evil, good, or lawful. You detect auras of that alignment. You receive no information beyond presence or absence. You can choose not to detect creatures or effects you're aware have that alignment. Only creatures of 6th level or higher—unless divine spellcasters, undead, or beings from the Outer Sphere—have alignment auras.

I think that this is combanation of two things: 1st - what YOu wrote already - Vigilante talents are more powerful than feats. 2nd - there is a lot of them and there is a possibilty to create broken things. The rogue benefits from having as many attacks as possible while the Investigator can do very well with only one big attack. Alchemy Methodology can also be very potent. Pathfinder 2e adds your level in the same way 1e does. Bounded accuracy is what 5e has. I agree that your modifiers in 2e tend to be smaller, especially with the smaller number of bonus types. But once you add the +10/-10 crit mechanics those smaller numbers end up making a larger difference.

It is not a Warlock though. There is an archetype for the Vigilante class called Warlock that gets 6th level spell casting, and can make 1d6 energy attacks at-will. There really isn't a class quite like the Warlock in Pathfinder.
