The Tachiyomi extension for MangaDex was updated a few hours ago to use the .cc domain. If you update, you will be able to read on Tachiyomi again. The domain used in the extension will probably be changed back once the .org domain is working again. Tested here and it seems to be working, had to log again to be able to search.Tachiyomi is an apk meaning you can't use it on ios. With paperback, you have to download an app called testflight and through testflight you download paperback and add repositories from paperbacks website (paperback.moe). They have a guide on their website that will walk you through it. But you can't use mangadex with it atm.

I noticed Cloudflare checks going on if I open the site normally from a browser. All I had to do was pretty much just let it sort things out and a few minutes later I can open MDex releases through Tachi like normal. I just went back to the chapter menu then reload it for "newer chapters" then resume reading.
