I am not sure if this has been covered but I know some players have X factors but when you go into the game they are reverted back to superstars. The fix for this is to go into edit player and make there Dev trait normal, save then go back and put it back to X factor then save again.Most of these players also feature prominently on the Madden 24 overall ratings list.
