Actually a good point. You have to remember the only time a Minotaur shows up is 2077, a game in which a .45 pistol is able to kill Adam Smasher. Or the dreaded secret weapon Sir John. Either way. Damage reduction, doesn't work IRL like it does in game. You aren't taking out a Minotaur with a Unity.
