Traveluro isn't great at this, and with a lot of the low costs deals, changes/cancellations aren't permitted. They do make mistakes, I'm sure, like everyone, but they are what they are. They aren't a scam; If you have already booked through them and are worried you may have been scammed, you almost certainly haven't been.

TRAVELURO is a total scam. They advertise a very cheap rate, but never actually make the reservation. I made a reservation using them. I called the hotel, they had no record of it. Further, the hotel said they don't do business with 3rd parties like TRAVELURO because they scam people. They do not have good customer service. There is not a legitimate telephone number given where they can be reach. Each number gives a recording or the option key hangs up. Good customer service is the key to a good business. Beware and read the reviews before making a reservation through them. Date of experience: April 12, 2024.
My experience with Traveluro was really good. I booked 2 hotels with them in mexico city and Oaxaca. I found them trivigo, and was directed to their websites from trivigo and based on the amazing rates they were offering I booked with them. After that I read all the reviews and freaked out.
