playing in modded definitive edition and i dont remember the paladin ever giving me a war owl whistle and i cant find one. I have a red flag marked on the docks yet i've already been there and killed the magisters and I have been into the mine to the eternal lady and killed her. I'm not sure what i did wrong? i dont recall ever selling the whistle or ever having it to begin with.
