Leave everything at their defaults in the Deck's performance tab; only use PT for performance tweaking. I'm playing some pretty demanding games with yuzu (using the latest early access daily builds) like Xenoblade 3 and Fire Emblem, and some less demanding ones like Metroid Dread, and they all run pretty well.
