Your school convocation would likely be a lot less anxiety provoking.The convocation is for your major, and that is where you will get your name called and all that. I'm pretty sure there are no time conflicts between commencement and convocation so you can definitely do both. Commencement is May 18th for everyone, the convocation time depends on your major.
