Ratfolk Bomber Alchemist that uses bombs for Control effects and AoE, and a Archer or Ranger dedication to buff up the crossbow, used for big single-target damage hits or when bombs aren't available in the moment. Uses the Ratfolk Cheekpouches Feats to quickly store and carry lots of bombs, elixirs, etc. for both themself and their team.
With that said, this is an egregiously cheesy build that should get you slapped by your GM. In the party above, the ranged character you want to play is, without a single piece of doubt in my mind, a Gunslinger (Mysterious Stranger) 1 / Bard 19. With this build, you get yourself a functional Dexterity (16+) and then stack like a mofo for Charisma.Ranger - Precision Edge. Ranger offers the most Ashe things right out of the box – in fact, with a frost rune on the bow, we barely need to go into any archetypes. We will though, to make that icy magic extra icy. From the start, the Ranger class gives Ashe a "Volley" attack with Hunted Shot and a "Hawkshot" helper with a young bird companion.Edit: the bard thing is a general build, a barb, monk, champ, or ranger will serve you a lot better in the frontline. A thaumaturge with mirror and regalia implements is the best marshal, hands down. But it depends on what you want to do as a marshal. Some are backline marshals, and some are frontline.- Ranger snarecrafter could 22 free snares (DC scaling off class DC) a day at L14 and all the relevant feats (e.g., a L12 Scything Snare does 14d8 and you can make them take up 10x10 areas if so desired for 1 extra free snare cost). - Wizard or Druid MC into Magaambyan Attendant and Halycon Speaker could cast from all 4 lists.

So, my idea was a human ranger wielding a two bladed sword as a double weapon. Combat style would be two weapon fighting, which means I wouldn't have to worry too much about Dex.

IIRC, its the optimized Monk / Zen Archer archetype. It really depends on what level though.
