I have a 6 year old KitchenAid side by side fridge/freezer. We lost power for a while just before Christmas and ran off of a generator for a day or two. I've never had issues before but now the ice maker doesn't work. It's in the computer somewhere. I've replaced the optics on both the sender and receiver sides.
