Make sure your choke valve (Kaw calls it a starter plunger) is both closing and opening all the way. It is the cable controlled valve on top of the carb, next to the main throttle cable and slide. If it sticks shut the carb will run lean when cold and and be very hard to start.It will be necessary to remove both cooling system caps (one on the radiator and the other on the filler tube back by the engine) as soon as the recovery tank drains. Then just let it drain, refill and drain again to flush, then refill with new coolant. If toys will get me in the door when it is time to go, I have it made! You might need a new thermostat or maybe the radiator is plugged or the fan is not turning on. Lots of things need to be checked out. Hopefully the non-start issue is due to a discharged battery. You might need a new one. A proper load test of the battery is recommended.
