Haven't tried the weapon skill in PVP, I imagine it would get you killed by anybody that knows how to avoid it, but in PVE is does great poise damage and good damage + bleed. I dual wield it with a Blood Godskin Peeler (111 bleed). With Rotten Winged Sword Insignia and Lord of Blood's Exultation it seems to do pretty well. Not a PVP weapon.

If you are good at dodging, and like to keep things light, or just run a naked build, the Blue Dancer Charm pairs extremely well with it, like +10 per base hit, +30-50 on some bigger hits.
