So I'm wondering when I took the lamictal and it took the Wellbutrin anxiety away if I can go back to taking nothing, either one of them. I am still taking 150 XL Wellbutrin but am slowly tapering lamictal. At some point I will need to taper off the Wellbutrin which will be difficult because XL means extended release...I have partial complex seizures with generalization. My husband and I are thinking about having a baby so I am making the switch from Depakote to Lamictal. I was taking 500 mg ER Depakote twice a day (1000 mg total).
