Honda accord touch screen not working.
I took the dash apart and got to the screen. I entered with the assumption this was a cabling/connector issue. So the first thing I did was wiggle the two connectors going into the screen. One was a 2 pin and the other was an 8(?) pin. When wiggling the 2 pin connector the screen would go between working and, you guessed it, not working.

Using the instructions in the TSB, I pressed and held the DISP, BACK, and VOL buttons until the "Select Diagnosis Items" screen appeared. Then I navigated to the "Version" screen. Here's what I saw.

Feb 2, 2014 · Not sure if that was meant by the dealer note about audio reboot though. Have your radio code written down somewhere FIRST. Remove both battery cables for couple minutes and touch them together to drain any residual juice in the system and clear the computer. Reconnect the cables and see if the radio requests the code.

Succinct. Another option to try would be just disconnecting the negative battery terminal for 2 to 5 mins and then reconnecting it.
