There is no main fuse - the circuit breaker is the main disconnect for the power. It will reset itself if a short occurs and is corrected, but can also go bad and kill the power. If you have no power, test each side of the breaker with a test light or meter. If you don't have 12v on both sides, that's your problem.

There is another panel located in the left side cover that is for accessories and the cb and maybe the cruise if I remember right.
