sounds like you migrated to Flank Speed, we don't login to NMCI OWA anymore. If you are on flankspeed, the link has changed - you end up logging in through 365, and a lot of the guidance out there is outdated. Suggest calling the NMCI help desk. Honestly I don't know if they will help with a personal computer though.
