Drop in a tip and wait for what looks like my order at the pick up counter. After 15 min I asked about my order only to be told that branch is out of boxes for the box of Joe and literally has 2 holiday donuts left. So they were not able to fill my order and couldn’t help me other than to tell me to pursue a refund through the app.
