ISO tl;dr version. Answer: Treachery is simply better than Fortitude. In ~80% of all cases when raw damage is applied, and better in ALL cases in which CB is applied. It casts Decrepify, which is going to be huge, and it has 11% life leach. End goal, though, should be Infinity.Act 5 frenzy merc is so beastly you can throw self found gear on him and he'll do fine long as he has some leech life and a high defense armor. for a budget build I've been super stoked on Lawbringer + Crescent Moon for the weapon slots, tal's helm, and my holdover until a better armor comes along has been duress.
