I have about 7k hours on arma 2/3 and ive spent so much time flying helis in it, simply being able to rebind the heli control keys would be amazing because its really difficult to adjust to new controls after around 2k hours of flying in a diff game with diff controls. The way it is modeled in ArmA is just two vectors. Q being lift directed completly vertical upwards to the rotor and Z vertical downwards. Knowing this will definately help you during flight and training. EDIT: This might be subject to change with the addition of Take On Helicopter flying mechanics!

For all those that randomly get stuck with freelook in helicopters when playing multiplayer, try getting out from the pilot seat, jump in the rear/passenger seat, get out and then back to pilot seat.
